Testimonials
"Designing
my website with Connie was so rewarding and exciting; she has a
good sense of design from all her graphics background and is very
creative. She also understood my desire to be an active participant
in creating my site, and she was
able to work along side me so that I could show her exactly what
I wanted. This allowed me the added benefit of learning how to use
the [Dreamweaver] software at my own pace and to modify my website
by myself in the future. She made it feel almost effortless, and
the process was at least a thousand percent less stressful than
if I'd tried doing it by myself! I found Connie to be ultra-patient
and supportive when I
didn't understand something or had forgotten how to do a particular
operation on my site. She was able to download software fixes when
I needed them--the sign of someone who really knows her stuff! I
can't recommend her highly enough; Connie is
a real find--especially if you haven't attained corporate status
with an unlimited budget!"

"Connie
is fast, creative, professional, and easy for a website novice to
work with.
Our whole project was complete in less than a week. We were truly
delighted with
both the process and the product. We've already recommended her

"Connie
did a great job of updating our website for the annual exhibition
of Sculpture in the Sculpture Grove. We wanted to make it more user-friendly,
and she had useful suggestions for how to make that happen. She
made
it really easy, and she was easy to work with. We were glad that
we used her again this year."

"Connie
Berens is an absolute delight to work with. With her creative, fast,
responsive, professional and cost-effective attention, our sites
went from being merely functional, to being fun, personal, powerful,
and gorgeous. She incorporated many subtle refinements-that collectively
made a big difference."

"Connie
Berens website design was prompt, professional, and very
affordable. She met my requested deadlines with ease and grace,
and
designed a beautiful and functional site, incorporating my feedback
and
requests seamlessly. Best of all, she de-mystified the process for
me,
putting technical terms into language that even a layman could
understand, and trained me to upkeep my own site. Connie brings
humanity into the sometimes frenzied world of web design. She is
a
joy to work with, both on a personal and a professional level."

"Connie's
expertise far exceeds the technical skills required to build a
website. She is, indeed, a skilled technician, but so much more.
Connie
has that rare depth for understanding the true purpose behind a
site and
weaving its essence into her design. Connie is a Web Magician!"

"Dear
Ms. Berens,
I just wanted to drop you a line regarding your work of photo's
and music to the Emerald Earth
Sanctuary web sight. I was completely memorized as I listened
and watched as everyone playing with mud. Not to mention the fact
that something wonderful was happening there. A brilliant concept
... building habit for humanity.
I particularly noted the word Sanctuary. Something I've been wanting
to do myself for some time now ... and that is to build a Sanctuary
for Humans. Unlike Emerald Earth. This would be more like a Ranch
Resort Spa Meditation Center/Sanctuary where individuals can come
and get grounded Spiritually and Literally by working with the earth
in such a way that it rejuvenates the hart, soul and ones divinity
of who we really.
This idea came out of my experience with my Father's fight with
cancer. He worried
so much about us children that he had very little space for his
own need for comfort
in his last days. He needed a place where he could go and just be
... with Nature; something we lose when we live in the city, consumed
with mounting bills and pollution not to mention the ambient energy
that dulls us all from our senses.
I also looked at your portfolio and liked what I saw. Just wanted
to acknowledge your work. When the time comes and I'm in need of
a web designer I hope that perhaps we can collaborate."
